This notice applies specifically to the ARMADOX Insights integration, not to shoe purchases or other store activities. Those activities remain subject to the shop's existing policies.
Information and purpose
With the account owner's authorization, the integration requests TikTok account identifiers, profile information, follower/following/like/video counts, and information and engagement totals for the account's public videos. The exact information available depends on granted permissions. These data are used to identify the correct account and assess ARMADOX's organic content performance.
The requested scopes are user.info.basic, user.info.profile, user.info.stats and video.list. This version does not request private messages, private videos, follower lists, posting or advertising permissions. It does not receive the owner's TikTok password.
Storage and service providers
App credentials and OAuth access/refresh tokens are stored in owner-private files on the authorized operator's computer. Token values are not intended to appear in reports or AI tool results. Token renewal can occur while the authorization remains valid. Account data retrieved by the connector may be displayed to authorized operators in Codex and processed by OpenAI to produce requested analysis. Conversation and report retention depend on the operator's OpenAI account settings and where the operator saves reports. This integration does not claim that all data stays exclusively on the operator's computer.
ARMADOX Insights does not sell TikTok data and does not send it to advertising audiences through this read-only connector. TikTok and OpenAI also process data under their own applicable terms and policies.
Retention, revocation and requests
Local credentials remain until removed by an authorized operator; expiration does not automatically erase their files. Revoking the app on TikTok stops future authorized access but does not automatically delete previously saved reports or conversation history. To request disconnection and removal of locally held credentials or reports, contact contact@armadox.com. Copies in OpenAI services must be managed using the applicable account controls.
The integration is currently restricted to authorized ARMADOX testing and is not open for public or children's registration. Contact contact@armadox.com with access, correction or deletion questions. Applicable rights and obligations are not reduced by this notice.
