Orders and shipping
Under normal conditions you will receive your order within 48 hours and if you are resident outside Morocco within 7 days
We send email and SMS notifications about the status of your order, if you need more information, contact us via WhatsApp or phone.
Our shipping partner will call you before shipping your order, just tell them where you are and they will ship it to your current location.
if you want to change the shipping city, just contact our support team and they will help you.
Taxes are included in the price, so you don’t have to pay any additional taxes.
We provide free delivery in all Moroccan cities, if you want us to ship outside Morocco contact us to calculate the shipping costs before placing your order
If you order multiple shoes, we will ship it in one package, but each shoe has its own box.
If you wish to create an account, simply add your email address to your first order and you will receive your password by email.
If you need to exchange an item

after any order we contact you for confirmation, you can cancel or modify your order if you wish. but you can’t change it after shipping.
Yes! You can order any shoe in our store and it will be shipped to you as soon as it is available in stock. it usually takes about 7 days to reproduce a shoe that is out of stock
