General Conditions of Sale, Use and Warranty – ARMADOX

Preamble

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter "GTC") govern all contractual relations between the company ARMADOX (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase or using the services offered by the Seller. Any order placed with ARMADOX implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these GTC, which prevail over all other conditions.

1. Warranty Policy – ARMADOX Products

1.1. Duration and Coverage: All ARMADOX pairs are covered by a commercial warranty of 30 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the package by the Customer. This warranty exclusively covers obvious manufacturing defects .

1.2. Definition of Manufacturing Defect: A manufacturing defect is a production fault inherent in the product, such as:

  • Premature detachment of the sole without external cause.

  • Abnormal rupture of structural seams.

  • Major and visible defect on the leather or structure, present upon receipt.

1.3. Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal and expected wear and tear of the product (e.g.: creases in the leather, abrasion of the sole from walking).

  • Damage resulting from improper use, accident, lack of maintenance, exposure to extreme conditions (water, intense heat) or the use of unsuitable cleaning products.

  • Intentional damage, scratches, cuts or stains that appear after use.

  • Any modification, repair or alteration of the product carried out by the Customer or an unauthorized third party.

1.4. Claim Procedure: To activate the warranty, the Customer must contact customer service via WhatsApp within 30 days. The request must include:

  • The order number or full name used when purchasing.

  • A clear and precise description of the problem encountered.

  • Clear and high-quality photo or video evidence of the alleged defect.

1.5. Claim Processing: ARMADOX reserves the right to analyze each claim. If the manufacturing defect is proven and the claim is deemed legitimate, ARMADOX will propose, at its sole discretion, one of the following solutions: repair of the product, replacement with an identical item (subject to availability), or the issuance of a credit note for the value of the product. ARMADOX reserves the right to refuse any claim deemed abusive, unfounded, or late.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Credits – Conditions

2.1. Withdrawal Period: ARMADOX offers the possibility of return or exchange within a strict period of 7 calendar days following the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.

2.2. Eligibility Conditions: To be accepted, the return must cumulatively meet the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: The pair must not show any signs of wear and must not have been worn outside. The fitting must be done on a clean surface (carpet, rug).

  • Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, intact packaging (shoe box, protective covers, etc.), with all accessories that may have been provided.

  • Deadline: The return request must be made to customer service within 7 days.

2.3. Return Costs: Return costs are offered only once per order number . For any subsequent return or exchange on the same order, the logistics costs will be borne by the Customer.

2.4. Refund Terms: In accordance with our payment on delivery model, no monetary refunds are made . In the event of a valid return, the Customer will be offered the choice of:

  • An exchange for another size or another model (subject to availability and price adjustment if necessary).

  • A credit in the form of a promotional code, valid for 90 days on the entire ARMADOX catalog.

3. ARMADOX VIP Program – Terms and Conditions

3.1. Membership: Registration for the "ARMADOX VIP Circle" program is free, non-binding, and subject to acceptance by ARMADOX. To be eligible, the Client must:

  • Have completed the dedicated form available on the website or via official communication channels.

  • Explicitly consent to receive marketing and promotional communications by email and/or WhatsApp.

3.2. Nature of Benefits: VIP Circle benefits (discounts, gifts, exclusive access, sweepstakes, etc.) are offered at the sole discretion of ARMADOX. They are non-contractual, non-redeemable, non-transferable and may change, be modified or removed at any time and without notice.

3.3. Exclusion from the Program: ARMADOX reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke a member's membership, without notice or justification, in particular in the event of:

  • Behavior deemed abusive, fraudulent or disrespectful towards the brand or its staff.

  • Failure to comply with these general conditions.

  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the benefits of the program.

4. Delivery & Deadlines – Liability Clause

4.1. Order Preparation: ARMADOX undertakes to prepare and deliver any order to the carrier within 24 to 72 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

4.2. Responsibility for Delivery: Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for routing and delivery is transferred to the courier company. ARMADOX cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages caused by the carrier, or resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the Customer.

  • Repeated absence of the Customer during delivery attempts.

  • Force majeure (weather conditions, strikes, social unrest, etc.).

4.3. Commercial gesture: In the event of a delay in preparation attributable solely and directly to ARMADOX , a commercial gesture (such as a discount voucher) may be considered at its discretion, without this constituting an obligation or an acknowledgment of liability.

5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property Clause

5.1. Acceptance: By browsing the site or placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted all of these General Terms and Conditions.

5.2. Use of Products: ARMADOX declines all responsibility for the consequences of incorrect, non-compliant or misused use of its products.

5.3. Intellectual Property: All elements of the ARMADOX website (texts, images, logos, designs, brand name) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of ARMADOX. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit or use for any purpose whatsoever, even partially, elements of the website without prior written consent.

5.4. Applicable Law: These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing this, the competent courts of Meknes will have sole jurisdiction.

6. Protection of Personal Data

ARMADOX is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers. The information collected (name, address, phone number, email) is necessary for the management of orders, deliveries, and the VIP program. In accordance with Law 09-08, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and oppose the processing of personal data concerning them, which can be exercised by contacting our customer service.
