1. Right of return (30 days)
The Buyer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return all or part of the items, without having to provide a reason.
Any product that is incomplete, damaged, soiled or cannot be resold in new condition cannot be refunded.
2. Return procedure
- Request : Go to the “Returns” section of the website and fill out the form.
- Return label : download and print the label for free , then stick it on the package.
- Preparation : Place the product and delivery slip back in the original box and pack properly.
- Drop-off : hand the package over to the carrier indicated on the label.
3. Fees & Restocking
- Return costs : No costs are charged to the Buyer.
- Restocking fee : none .
4. Reimbursement
After receiving and checking the package, ARMADOX will refund you within a maximum of 30 calendar days .
- Amounts refunded : product price + initial standard delivery costs (excluding express/premium).
- Reimbursement method :
- Bank card : credit to the original account.
- Payment on delivery : bank transfer ( RIB required ).
5. In-store returns & exchanges
- Deadline: 30 days after receipt.
- Free , on presentation of the delivery slip.
- Products in perfect condition and original packaging .
- Depending on available stock in store.
- Price difference: to be paid if the new item is more expensive; otherwise credit or refund of the difference.
6. Ineligible Products
- Worn, used, damaged or incomplete items.
- Personalized, made-to-measure items.
- Final sales / special operations (except for lack of conformity).
7. Deadlines & communication
You will receive an email upon receipt of your returned package, then a confirmation email upon reimbursement.
8. Legal guarantee
Regardless of this policy, ARMADOX complies with Moroccan legal provisions relating to product guarantees . In the event of a lack of conformity or hidden defect, the Buyer benefits from the rights provided by law.
